  1. Shake the pen lightly before use.
  2. Use the spoolie brush to comb through brow hairs.
  3. Follow with the brow pen to draw desired brow shape, filling in sparse areas with gentle strokes for a thicker natural looking brow.
  4. Allow formula to dry completely.
  5. When not in use, replace the lid and and store horizontally.

Can be used as an eye liner on the eye lid, do not put inside the eyes. Can be used before or after applying make-up.
