Unwrap the Bath Fizzy and drop it into warm (not hot) running bath water. Let the Fizzy dissolve completely or to use it again, remove the Fizzy when it is about halfway dissolved and place it on a tissue or towel in a dry spot - you can use it for the next bath time! Any undissolved fizzy poses a choking hazard so please use caution.
