Hot For Spring 2018: Glitter Eyeliner
Celebrity Make-Up Artist extraordinaire, Pat McGrath, created a subtly "dangerous" and sexy look for the Tom Ford Spring 2018 Runway Show. This technique brings added dimension to the eyes, without going to "young".
Use Smith & Cult B-Line Liner in Still Riot to create a mid width line at the lash line. If you choose, you can flick the outer corner out to create a minor cat eye. While the liner is still slightly wet, press the gold or silver glitter from the Smith & Cult Book of Eyes Shadow Palette in Song for Fields into the line. If you need added "stick", use a dab of clear gloss to keep the glitter in place.
It's really just that easy to create this dynamic look!
