Pretty Vulgar - Down Below Lash Primer
Hold the wand horizontally and start by wiggling the brush back and forth at the root of your lashes. Sweep the wand upwards through your lashes for a beautiful, lengthening effect. Next, apply The Feathers black mascara to create deeper, darker lashes.
Tip: Use the shorter and tighter row of bristles to create more definition, and the taller and wider row of bristles to create more volume.
